- Mitch Cowan, President & CEO
- Entering the title business In 1976,
Mitch worked for several title companies before joining DWW in 1980. He
is knowledgeable in all aspects of land title work and its effective
applications to client's specific needs and situations. An experienced
and skilled administrator, Mitch served as the Wyoming District Manager
from 1981 to 1987 and has been President and CEO of DWW since 1992. He
directs overall corporate operations and is an active member of the
American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) as well as the
Denver, Wyoming and Utah Landmens' Associations.

- Patrick J. Schmalz, Vice

North Dakota District Manager
- A key member of the DWW "family"
since
1977, Pat has over 23 years of in-depth title experience. Pat served as
Wyoming assistant manager for nearly 10 years and has been DWW's North
Dakota District manager since 1988. He possesses a keen understanding
of all land title situations and an uncompromising commitment to
customer service and satisfaction. A North Dakota native, Pat is an
active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen
(AAPL) and the Landmen's Association of North Dakota.

- Jack Lamb, Treasurer / Wyoming
District
Manager
A graduate of Montana State University, Jack joined DWW in 1980, and
has been manager of the company's most active state since 1987. Jack
has worked throughout the Rockies and Mid-continent regions and has
extensive experience in all phases of land titles. His knowledge and
title skills insure quality customer service, both in cost savings and
superior product delivery. Jack is a member of the American Association
of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and is active in the Wyoming Association
of Petroleum Landmen (WAPL).

- William M. Weddle, Corporate
Secretary /
Colorado District Manager
Bill joined DWW in 1980 and has extensive knowledge of fee, state and
federal land titles in nearly 20 states. Both versatile and
experienced, Bill oversees the Colorado district and is frequently
involved in managing special company projects. In addition, is is
responsible for the company's marketing and public relations
activities. Bill is an active member of the American Association of
Professional Landmen (AAPL) as well as the Denver and Utah Landmen's
Associations and the Rocky Mountain Association of Mineral Landmen
(RMAML).

- James French, Arkansas District
Manager
James joined DWW in 1979. He has an extensive knowledge of the
Mid-continent, having worked from Michigan to Texas. Considered the
expert in complex Arkansas oil and gas titles, James has been DWW's
Arkansas District manager since 1990. In addition to Arkansas, James
oversees all Mid-continent operation from Ft. Smith.
